SKOAC BWCA Trip, January 2010

An annual winter camping trip to the Boundary Waters with the kayaking club SKOAC. We headed out to Hegmann Lake – one of our favorite destinations. Our famous bachanaal took place Sunday evening. No one remembers what happened.
Stopping at the first campsite. We fit two tents at this spot. We initially looked in a nearby swamp for a spot for the other two tents but found the ice too thin so headed out about another half-mile across the lake and found a spot for the rest of our group.
